We require a non-refundable 50% deposit for all
services.
All services must be completed within
the permit time frame. Permits in Laguna Beach are issued for a two hour time
period. If the wedding is delayed and the services of the Officiant are required
beyond the two hour time frame, an additional $150.00 per hour will be required
plus additional city permit amount. If the wedding is delayed, and the Bride
& Groom have hired a photographer and/or videographer through us, an additional
$150.00 per hour will be charged for each of their services.
Deposits for all services and permits to book the date and time are non-refundable.
Deposits may be paid through Pay-Pal, money order or by check (30 days prior
to wedding date only). The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the
wedding date if paid by check. The day
of prior to wedding ceremony if paid through pay pal.
If the wedding is scheduled for an outdoor location, and weather conditions
pose difficulty to have a wedding outdoors, it is the responsibility of the
bride and groom to find an alternative location for the wedding ceremony.
If the Officiant must travel to the location of the wedding, and is hindered
in his/her travel by unusual freeway or weather conditions, the terms of the
contract shall be extended without penalty to either party. If for any reason
a wedding time and date are changed after remitting the deposit, Rev Dian
will try to provide availability for the new time and date. However, if Rev
Dian cannot provide availability, the deposit will not be refunded. If the
event is cancelled and not rescheduled, all monies are non-refundable. In
the event your Officiant of choice is unable to conduct the wedding ceremony,
Rev Dian will provide an alternate Officiant to conduct the wedding ceremony.
