You will have a two hour time frame before, during and after for your beach wedding photos. The Photographer will mail an unedited CD approximately two weeks after the wedding. Editing is available.

The Sand Ceremony, with its possible origin in Hawaii, is a lovely alternative to the Unity Candle Ceremony, especially if your wedding is to take place on or near a beach. Like the Unity Candle, the Sand Ceremony is performed after the vows. The symbolism is similar in that the “two shall become one”. Couples may scoop a bit of sand near their feet and pour it into a lovely container which then becomes a lifetime keepsake. There are various colors of sand to choose from or just the natural sand is perfect. If you have children, your children may also participate by choosing a special color of sand and pouring it into the container as well.

Wendy is a well-known solo harpist residing in Southern California. She worked with Disney Entertainment for 10 years and was a member of the Saddleback Valley Community Orchestra. She trained privately for twelve years under Mrs. Grace Follet, former Harp Department Chairperson at Syracuse University in New York. Follet was a student of the renowned French-born harpist Carlos Salzedo, whose enduring technical approach is referred to as the “Salzedo Method”. In addition, Wendy received instruction under Mrs. Susan McDonald, Senior Harp Director at Juilliard School of Music. Her performance is enhanced by the beauty of her custom-made gold harps, Lyon & Healy and a French Camac.

She continues to expand her repertoire with current music to suite any special occasion. With her classical grace, she performs at weddings, engagements, corporate functions, cocktail parties, clubs, baby showers, yoga classes, philanthropic organizations and many other private events. Audiences enjoy the universal appeal of her exquisite harp music throughout California. 

Wendy also provides customized lessons for all ages to help them achieve their full potential. Her students have the opportunity to complete the internationally recognized Association Board of the Royals Certificate program. Involvement with orchestras is encouraged along with preparation for harp careers. Harps and equipment are available to rent through her harp studio.
